Director/ Early Years Teacher
Bianca brings 11 years of experience as a qualified teacher, having worked in various schools from nursery through to Year 2. Her journey took a new direction in 2020 when she followed her passion and took the leap to start her own childminding venture.
Kim
Director / Early Years Teacher
Kim, an experienced early years professional, has dedicated over 18 years to teaching. After earning her degree in early years education, she has worked as a qualified teacher in primary schools and is now channelling her enthusiasm for early childhood development into Mini Montesaurs.
Ann
Childcare Assistant
Ann, Bianca's mother, has spent 15 years as a carer, developing a deep, natural ability to comfort and support others. After years of caring for adults, she found her true calling in Early Years education. Ann plays a key role in helping our little ones settle in and feel at ease, while also offering creative and engaging activities that enrich their play and learning experiences.
Paula
Level 3- Childcare Assistant
Paula is a valued member of our team, brings a wealth of experience and a warm, welcoming presence. Her passion for fostering strong relationships with children and their families ensures that everyone feels supported and valued.
Paula is instrumental in creating a caring, stimulating environment where each child can thrive.
Grace
Childcare Assistant
Grace is our talented Level 3 apprentice who brings her calm and caring nature to our setting.
Full of enthusiasm and a passion for growth, Grace is always eager to expand her knowledge, diving deeper into child development theories to ensure she provides the best possible care and support for our children.

Early Years Specialist
Celia is our Early Years guru, with a wealth of experience gained from running several nurseries around Stockport. Her expertise and knowledge are invaluable to our team, and although Celia is with us just one day a week, she plays a crucial role in shaping the ethos of Mini Montesaurs. Her insights and guidance help ensure we maintain the highest standards in early childhood education.
