Director/ Early Years Teacher
Bianca brings 11 years of experience as a qualified teacher, having worked in various schools from nursery through to Year 2. Her journey took a new direction in 2020 when she followed her passion and took the leap to start her own childminding venture.
Kim
Director / Early Years Teacher
Kim, an experienced early years professional, has dedicated over 18 years to teaching. After earning her degree in early years education, she has worked as a qualified teacher in primary schools and is now channelling her enthusiasm for early childhood development into Mini Montesaurs.
Jade
Nursery Manager
With a wealth of experience in early years education, Jade has been working in the sector since 2018 and quickly rose through the ranks to become a nursery manager.
Her passion for child-led learning, creativity, and nurturing care aligns perfectly with everything we value here at Mini Montesaurs.
Paula
Level 3- Childcare Assistant
Paula is a valued member of our team, brings a wealth of experience and a warm, welcoming presence. Her passion for fostering strong relationships with children and their families ensures that everyone feels supported and valued.
Paula is instrumental in creating a caring, stimulating environment where each child can thrive.
Grace
Childcare Assistant
Grace is our talented Level 3 apprentice who brings her calm and caring nature to our setting.
Full of enthusiasm and a passion for growth, Grace is always eager to expand her knowledge, diving deeper into child development theories to ensure she provides the best possible care and support for our children.

Catherine
Childcare Assistant
Catherine joined our fabulous team after owning her own business ‘Boogie Babies’ for the last 18 years, Catherine worked in different nurseries across Greater Manchester delivering an educational music class. She has already brought her amazing sessions to Mini Montesaurs and the children love it!
Rebekah
Childcare Assistant
Rebekah has worked in early years for over 9 years both in a nursery setting and in a school nursery. Rebekah is our real life Mary Poppins! She is amazing at everything she does! Her voice is like magic

All the children come home talking about Holly because she is just so lovely with the children. Before joining us, Holly had worked at another nursery for over 2 years working with ages from 9 months to 5 years
